terms of service

General

<payment | commission process >
▻ Payment method includes PayPal and Wise bank deposit.
▻ All commissions are non-refundable
▻ Completion time can vary between 2 weeks to a few months depending on the type of commission and my schedule. A hard deadline can be discussed and may require extra charges.
▻ A rush fee (minimum 50% of the total commission price) will be required for a completion time of less than a week.
▻ Work-in-progress screenshots will be sent at different stages for check-ups, please don't be shy with your feedback :)
▻ During the rough work stage: you have 1 opportunity to request major changes (requiring me to re-draw more than 50% of the rough work) and 4 opportunities to request multiple minor changes. Any additional changes will require extra fees (starting at $5 per change) (let's communicate efficiently).
▻ Extra fees are required for any major changes after I have moved on from the rough work (starting at $20 per change).<Artist rights>
▻ I can post commissioned work at any stage unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
▻ I can use commissioned work for things such as portfolio, self-promotion, etc. unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
▻ I can use the commissioned work for prints, etc., unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon (I will ask if you're comfortable with it before using it).
▻ The drawing must ALWAYS be credited when used for any purposes.

Personal & Commercial Requests

<For personal requests>
▻ I will start working after receiving 50% payment; full payment must be received before I move on from the rough stage.
▻ The drawing must NOT be used commercially.
(If you'd like to use a personal commission for commercial purposes, please contact me to inquire about additional commercial fees. )
▻ Commissioned work may be printed and distributed in small amounts (less than 5 per commission) without making any direct/indirect profit.<For commercial requests>
▻ An additional commercial fee is required ( ranges between 1.5x to 3x the listed personal price.)
▻ I start working after receiving 30% payment; full payment must be received before I move on from the rough stage. The payment process can be discussed.
▻ Please inform me of all possible commercial usage of the commission.
